Responsibility Contract
When you enroll, PSL accepts responsibility for maintaining specific aspects of your home.
This responsibility persists regardless of whether you actively engage with the process.
Enrollment → Initial Home Visit
Enrollment begins the process of PSL assuming responsibility.
An initial home visit documents your property characteristics.
This visit determines which services apply and establishes your maintenance program.
PSL-Initiated Scheduling
For included responsibilities, PSL proactively schedules maintenance.
You receive notifications in advance and can confirm, reschedule, or defer.
If you do nothing, service proceeds on the scheduled date.
Your Role
Default state: passive. PSL initiates and manages scheduling.
You provide access when scheduled and may reschedule within policy.
For menu services, you request when needed; PSL then takes over coordination.
Boundaries
PSL focuses on preventive maintenance, not emergency response.
Repairs and replacements are not included in plan responsibilities.
Scope is clearly defined and does not expand silently.
