This creates a responsibility contract between you and PSL.

What Happens Next

You provide basic home information.

PSL schedules an initial home visit.

Your maintenance program is derived from your home's characteristics.

PSL begins proactively scheduling included maintenance.

Functional enrollment is not yet available in Phase 0.
