PSL schedules and delivers this service automatically in spring (pre-summer) as part of the membership maintenance plan, ensuring homeowners never need to remember or coordinate seasonal HVAC inspections.
What This Service Includes
Visual inspection of cooling system components (indoor and outdoor units)
Inspection of condenser coils and evaporator coils
Inspection of refrigerant lines and connections
Testing of cooling system operation
Inspection of electrical connections and components
Inspection of drain lines and drain pan
Inspection of air filter condition
Basic system performance assessment
Written inspection report documenting findings and recommendations
