Customers request this service to ensure pool area safety, improve aesthetics, prevent slip hazards from algae and organic growth, and maintain their pool investment.
What This Service Includes
Pressure washing of entire accessible pool deck surface (up to 500 square feet standard pool deck)
Removal of surface dirt, debris, algae, mold, moss, and organic growth
Basic cleaning of pool deck edges and borders
Cleaning of coping stones (surface level only)
Application of pool-safe cleaning solutions for organic growth removal (standard eco-friendly, pool-safe solutions)
Surface-level cleaning only (no deep cleaning of embedded stains beyond standard pressure washing capability)
What This Service Does Not Include
Cleaning of pool interior or pool water treatment
Cleaning of pool equipment or mechanical systems
Removal of paint, permanent stains, or marks requiring specialized chemical treatment
Repair of damaged concrete, travertine, pavers, or coping stones
Removal of tree roots or vegetation growing through surfaces
Cleaning of surfaces with active structural damage or severe deterioration
Specialized chemical treatment or stain removal requiring additional products beyond standard pool-safe solutions
Post-cleaning sealing or protective coating application
Moving or cleaning of pool furniture or equipment (customer must remove furniture before service)
Cleaning of pool decks exceeding 500 square feet (additional charges apply)
Cleaning of attached patios or other outdoor surfaces (separate service required)

- Service cannot be performed during active precipitation or when forecast shows >50% chance of rain within 24 hours
