Gutter cleaning removes accumulated leaves, debris, dirt, and organic matter from roof gutters and ensures proper water drainage. This service prevents water damage, maintains gutter function, and protects the home's foundation and exterior. PSL schedules and delivers this service automatically semi-annually as part of the membership maintenance plan, ensuring homeowners never need to remember or coordinate gutter cleaning.
What This Service Includes
Cleaning of all accessible roof gutters on the home
Removal of leaves, debris, dirt, twigs, and organic matter from gutters
Basic inspection of gutter condition and drainage
Visual check for visible damage or issues (detailed inspection is separate service)
Standard service covers single-story home gutters (up to 18 feet in height at peak)
What This Service Does Not Include
Downspout cleaning or flushing (see Downspout Flushing service - included separately)
Gutter inspection with detailed reporting (see Gutter Inspection service - included separately)
Repair of damaged gutters, loose gutters, or gutter hardware
Gutter reseating or reattachment (see Minor Gutter Reseating service)
Cleaning of gutters on detached structures (garages, sheds, etc.) - separate service required
Cleaning of gutters above single-story height (18+ feet) requiring specialized equipment (additional charges may apply)
Post-cleaning gutter guard installation (separate service required)
Removal of gutter guards for cleaning (if present, cleaning may be limited)
