What This Service Includes
Soft washing of all accessible exterior home surfaces (siding, brick, stucco, wood, vinyl)
Cleaning of home exterior up to single-story height (ground level plus one story, approximately 15-18 feet)
Removal of surface dirt, debris, algae, mold, mildew, and organic growth
Application of appropriate cleaning solutions for organic growth removal (standard eco-friendly solutions safe for home materials)
Surface-level cleaning only (no deep cleaning of embedded stains beyond standard soft washing capability)
Rinsing to remove cleaning solution residue
Protection of landscaping, windows, and doors during service

Cleaning of windows or window frames (separate service required)
