Cleaning of primary HVAC condensate drain line (from indoor unit to drain outlet)
Removal of blockages, algae, and buildup from drain line
Flushing of drain line to verify proper drainage
Basic inspection of drain pan and drain line condition
Standard service covers single-system home (one primary drain line)
What This Service Does Not Include
Cleaning of secondary drain lines or overflow drains (additional charges apply)
