Overview
Sidewalk and walkway cleaning removes accumulated dirt, debris, algae, mold, organic growth, and surface stains from pedestrian pathways using high-pressure water cleaning equipment. This service maintains safe, clean walking surfaces and preserves the appearance and integrity of concrete, brick, or paver walkways. Customers request this service to improve safety, enhance curb appeal, prevent slip hazards, and maintain property value.
What This Service Includes
Pressure washing of all accessible sidewalks and walkways on the customer's property
Standard service covers up to 200 linear feet of walkway (typical front sidewalk and main walkway)
Removal of surface dirt, debris, algae, mold, moss, and light organic growth
Basic cleaning of walkway edges and borders
Cleaning of steps and stairs (up to 6 steps maximum)
Surface-level cleaning only (no deep cleaning of embedded stains beyond standard pressure washing capability)
What This Service Does Not Include
Driveway cleaning (see Driveway Pressure Washing service)
Patio cleaning (see Patio Cleaning service)
Cleaning of walkways on public property or shared/common areas
Removal of paint, permanent stains, or marks requiring chemical treatment
Repair of damaged concrete, brick, pavers, or steps
Removal of tree roots or vegetation growing through surfaces
Cleaning of surfaces with active structural damage or severe deterioration
Chemical treatment or specialized stain removal requiring additional products
Post-cleaning sealing or protective coating application
Cleaning of walkways exceeding 200 linear feet (additional charges apply)
Cleaning of more than 6 steps (additional charges apply)
When This Service Is Typically Needed
- Service cannot be performed during active precipitation or when forecast shows >50% chance of rain within 24 hours
