PSL schedules and delivers this service automatically in fall (pre-winter) as part of the membership maintenance plan, ensuring homeowners never need to remember or coordinate seasonal HVAC inspections.
What This Service Includes
Visual inspection of heating system components (indoor and outdoor units)
Inspection of heat exchanger and burners (for gas/electric systems)
Inspection of electrical connections and components
Testing of heating system operation
Inspection of air filter condition
Basic system performance assessment
Written inspection report documenting findings and recommendations
