What This Service Includes
Pressure washing of entire accessible patio surface (up to 400 square feet standard patio)
Removal of surface dirt, debris, algae, mold, moss, and organic growth
Basic cleaning of patio edges and borders
Cleaning of patio furniture contact points (where furniture was placed)
Application of appropriate cleaning solutions for organic growth removal (standard eco-friendly solutions)
Surface-level cleaning only (no deep cleaning of embedded stains beyond standard pressure washing capability)
What This Service Does Not Include
Cleaning of driveway or walkways (separate services required)
Removal of paint, permanent stains, or marks requiring specialized chemical treatment
Repair of damaged concrete, stone, brick, or pavers
Removal of tree roots or vegetation growing through surfaces
Cleaning of surfaces with active structural damage or severe deterioration
Specialized chemical treatment or stain removal requiring additional products beyond standard solutions
Post-cleaning sealing or protective coating application
Moving or cleaning of patio furniture (customer must remove furniture before service)
Cleaning of patios exceeding 400 square feet (additional charges apply)
Cleaning of attached decks or elevated surfaces (requires different service)

- Service cannot be performed during active precipitation or when forecast shows >50% chance of rain within 24 hours
