What This Service Includes
Reattachment of loose or sagging gutters to fascia board
Replacement of missing or damaged gutter hangers/brackets (standard hardware)
Adjustment of gutter alignment and pitch for proper drainage
Tightening of existing gutter hardware
Standard service covers single-story home gutters (up to 18 feet in height at peak)
Up to 50 linear feet of gutter reseating per service
What This Service Does Not Include
Gutter cleaning (see Gutter Cleaning service - included separately)
Gutter inspection (see Gutter Inspection service - included separately)
Repair of damaged gutters, replacement of gutter sections, or major gutter repairs
Replacement of fascia board or structural repairs
Reseating of gutters on detached structures (garages, sheds, etc.) - separate service required
Reseating of gutters above single-story height (18+ feet) requiring specialized equipment (additional charges may apply)
Reseating of more than 50 linear feet of gutters (additional charges apply)
Post-reseating gutter guard installation (separate service required)
Major structural repairs or fascia board replacement
