Overview

HVAC seasonal tune-up provides comprehensive maintenance of heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability. This service includes system inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and testing of key components. PSL schedules and delivers this service automatically twice per year (pre-summer and pre-winter) as part of the membership maintenance plan, ensuring homeowners never need to remember or coordinate seasonal HVAC maintenance.

What This Service Includes

  • Visual inspection of HVAC system components (indoor and outdoor units)

  • Cleaning of condenser coils (outdoor unit) and evaporator coils (indoor unit)

  • Inspection and cleaning of air filters (replacement if needed - see Filter Replacement service)

  • Inspection and cleaning of drain lines and drain pan

  • Inspection of electrical connections and components

  • Testing of system operation (cooling and heating modes)

  • Inspection of refrigerant levels (visual check, not detailed testing)

  • Inspection of thermostat operation

  • Basic system performance assessment

  • Written service report documenting findings and recommendations

What This Service Does Not Include

  • Drain line cleaning (see Drain Line Cleaning service - included separately)

  • Coil cleaning beyond basic maintenance (see Coil Cleaning service - included separately)

  • Repair of damaged components, replacement of parts, or system repairs

  • Refrigerant service or charging (see Refrigerant Service - separate service)

  • Ductwork inspection or cleaning (separate services required)

  • Thermostat replacement or installation (separate service required)

  • System replacement or major component replacement (separate services required)

  • Emergency repairs or urgent service needs (separate services required)

How PSL Handles This Service

Service includes: Pre-Arrival, On-Site Arrival, Setup

All members have access to this service. Repairs or additional work identified during service are handled according to your membership plan.
