Gutter inspection provides a detailed assessment of gutter condition, identifying damage, wear, drainage issues, and maintenance needs. This service helps prevent water damage by identifying problems before they become costly repairs. PSL schedules and delivers this service automatically annually as part of the membership maintenance plan, ensuring homeowners never need to remember or coordinate gutter inspections.
What This Service Includes
Visual inspection of all accessible roof gutters on the home
Assessment of gutter condition, alignment, and attachment
Identification of visible damage, wear, or deterioration
Assessment of drainage function and flow
Inspection of downspout connections and condition
Written inspection report documenting findings and recommendations
Standard service covers single-story home gutters (up to 18 feet in height at peak)
What This Service Does Not Include
Gutter cleaning (see Gutter Cleaning service - included separately)
Downspout flushing (see Downspout Flushing service - included separately)
Repair of damaged gutters, loose gutters, or gutter hardware
Gutter reseating or reattachment (see Minor Gutter Reseating service)
Inspection of gutters on detached structures (garages, sheds, etc.) - separate service required
Inspection of gutters above single-story height (18+ feet) requiring specialized equipment (additional charges may apply)
Detailed structural assessment or engineering evaluation (beyond visual inspection)
Post-inspection repair work (separate service required)
