What This Service Includes
Pressure washing of entire accessible garage floor surface (up to 500 square feet standard two-car garage)
Removal of surface dirt, debris, light oil stains, chemicals, and organic growth
Basic cleaning of garage floor edges and borders
Surface-level cleaning only (no deep cleaning of embedded stains beyond what standard pressure washing can achieve)
Protection of garage walls, vehicles (if not moved), and stored items during service
What This Service Does Not Include
Cleaning of driveway (see Driveway Pressure Washing service)
Removal of paint, permanent stains, or marks requiring specialized chemical treatment
Repair of damaged concrete, cracks, or surface defects
Removal of heavy oil stains requiring specialized chemical treatment (additional charge)
Cleaning of surfaces with active structural damage or severe deterioration
Chemical treatment or specialized stain removal requiring additional products or equipment
Post-cleaning sealing or protective coating application
Moving or storage of vehicles, equipment, or stored items (customer must remove or move items before service)
Cleaning of garage floors exceeding 500 square feet (additional charges apply)
Cleaning of garage walls or overhead areas (separate service required)
