Filter replacement provides replacement of HVAC air filters to maintain system efficiency, indoor air quality, and system performance. This service ensures HVAC systems operate with clean filters, preventing reduced airflow and system strain. PSL schedules and delivers this service automatically quarterly as part of the membership maintenance plan, ensuring homeowners never need to remember or coordinate filter replacement.
What This Service Includes
Replacement of standard HVAC air filters (up to 2 filters per service)
Removal of old filters and installation of new filters
Inspection of filter housing and filter size verification
Basic inspection of filter condition and system airflow
Standard 1-inch, 2-inch, or 4-inch pleated filters (standard MERV 8-11 filters)
What This Service Does Not Include
Replacement of specialized filters (HEPA, high-MERV, custom sizes) - additional charges apply
Replacement of more than 2 filters per service (additional charges apply)
Filter housing repair or modification
Ductwork cleaning or inspection (separate services required)
System repairs or component replacement
Filter replacement for systems other than main HVAC (separate service required)
Post-replacement system testing beyond basic operation check
