This service restores the appearance of the driveway surface and prevents deterioration from organic growth and chemical deposits. PSL schedules and delivers this service automatically as part of the membership maintenance plan, ensuring homeowners never need to remember or coordinate driveway cleaning.
What This Service Includes
Pressure washing of the entire accessible driveway surface (up to 2-car width standard driveway, approximately 500-600 square feet)
Removal of surface dirt, debris, light oil stains, algae, and organic growth
Basic cleaning of driveway edges and borders
Surface-level cleaning only (no deep cleaning of embedded stains beyond what standard pressure washing can achieve)
What This Service Does Not Include
Cleaning of garage interior or garage floor (see Garage Floor Pressure Washing service)
Cleaning of walkways, sidewalks, or patios adjacent to driveway (separate service required)
Removal of paint, sealant, or permanent stains that require chemical treatment
Repair of damaged concrete, asphalt, or pavers
Removal of tree roots or vegetation growing through surfaces
Cleaning of surfaces with active structural damage or severe deterioration
Chemical treatment or specialized stain removal requiring additional products or equipment
